If it's in mint condition I think it would be worth close to 18K but no more. I'm in Raleigh and I have a 2000 in great shape. Here's my spleal from Honda-tech:

Mostly stock with extra parts (DC 4-1 Header, JDM rear strut tower brace, JDM fogs, Avital alarm with hood sensor, Acura car cover, Comptech Icebox, and Alpine CD). The body is in near perfect condition, very clean engine, clean interior, everything works. Never wrecked, flooded, stolen, etc... Brand new Falken Azenis (put on last week!).
