Their kit is a bolt-on, the kit is all you need to get it running. With tuning you can get the most out of it though (Hondata)

This is a common topic here on ITRCA, you can search and find our previous discussions on turbo vs sc.

I've been running 8-10 psi on my stock motor for 2.5 years, still runs like a champ.

The max boost on a jrsc is 10-11 psi. Your stock engine will handle this easily IF you have a proper fuel management system, and some way to control the timing. You need to do A LOT of research before you spend any money. If you are interested in the jrsc then check out the "forced induction integra" forum at hostboard.com. Honda-Tech.com is also a great site, but most of the guys there are turbo lovers. There are about a million threads there about "sc v. turbo". It all boils down to what kind of power you want. A turbo will deliver a lot higher peak HP. This is best for straight-line dragstrip type power. A sc will deliver more power at lower RPMs. This is better for autocross type racing where you are constantly turning, downshifting, and dropping into lower RPMs. Smaller, quicker-spooling turbos have less "turbo lag", but they produce less top end power than large turbos.

Good luck with whatever you do. Be sure to let us know how it turns out.
