The max boost on a jrsc is 10-11 psi. Your stock engine will handle this easily IF you have a proper fuel management system, and some way to control the timing. You need to do A LOT of research before you spend any money. If you are interested in the jrsc then check out the "forced induction integra" forum at hostboard.com. Honda-Tech.com is also a great site, but most of the guys there are turbo lovers. There are about a million threads there about "sc v. turbo". It all boils down to what kind of power you want. A turbo will deliver a lot higher peak HP. This is best for straight-line dragstrip type power. A sc will deliver more power at lower RPMs. This is better for autocross type racing where you are constantly turning, downshifting, and dropping into lower RPMs. Smaller, quicker-spooling turbos have less "turbo lag", but they produce less top end power than large turbos.
