I guess tonight is my night to ask tons of questions.....

Anyways, the previous owner of my car must've hit a couple tall speed bumps and/or too many parking stoppers.
There are a couple rusty long indentations on the bottom of my DC Sports 4-1 headers right before where it flanges onto the cat. They're not too deep...maybe 2-3 mm, and they do not penetrate the metal.

What i'm wondering is: does this affect my performance at all???
if so, by how much?

BTW, anyone know what kind of hp the dc sports 4-1 headers should give?
dc sports says about 8 whp, but i really find that hard to believe.

thanks!!

2-3mm should not effect performance I wouldnt think.

8whp sounds *very* optimistic from USDM-sized collector DC header.

not an issue man, don't worry your headers should be fine, just wait unless you hear a air leak when driving, then you got a problem, peace
