Have any of you guys experianced clearance issues with the DC SPORTS JDM type R header. Specifically with the header touching the oil pan? Is there any way around this?

 

Well, it shouldn't actually touch, but I know it comes close... Either way, you may want to get the spoon oil pan tape, which is thermo rap, and should insulate it, and keep it from ratling if it does... I have a Mugen header that comes really close and actually, till I played with it a little ratled a bit, but now is fine. What problems are you having, other than heating up your oil????
