hey everyone i've been planning to modify a b18c5 for a while now, and before i started dumping the money into i'm tring to make sure it is the way to go, the thing is this car needs to a daily driver. so here goes my inital thoughts----

I/H/E
--Mugen Twin Loop Exhaust
--Mugen Header (is there a really good 4-1 header out there that is far less expensive?)
--Intake manifold (any input, do i even need to change it?)
--AEM cold air intake
--throttle body (which one should i get ?)

Head work and cams
--port and polish, multiangle valve job (who do yall recomend?)
--Skunk2 Stage 2 cams (what is the odds that stage 3 could be driven daily?)
--Skunk2 retainers
--bronze valve guides
--Skunk2 valve springs
--Skunk2 cam gears
--Ferra valves
--Mugen head gasket

Fuel system
--BBk Fuel pump (is this necessary?)
--AEM fuel rail
--330cc injectors

Other stuff
--toda high compression pistons (12.3:1 compression)
--Rods (this i need recommendations)
--AEM power pullies
--Mugen clutch
--Spoon Flywheel
--Hondata S200

if there is stuff in there you think is useless then please tell me, i also was wondering what do you think i would dyno at? i'm hoping for over 200whp, i know it will take alot of work, but can i run skunk2 stage 3 cams on the street and have it be reliable, cause i'll turn my idle up if i need to, thanks for you help

Theres alot of thing in there I wouldn't do. You are going to pay out the ass for the Mugen clutch when the ACT is the shit. I wouldn't do a Spoon Fly wheel. The ITR fly wheel is good let me tell you my old setup and the numbers I put down.

I/H/E:
AEM CAI
Spoon 4-2-1 header/test pipe
Stock exhaust (later upgraded to a Tanabe....for sale now)

Head work and cams:
Spoon head gasket
Toda Spec B cams
Toda cam gears
Toda Springs

Fuel system:
VAFC
B&M FPR
after the car was dyno'ed I upgraded to AEM Fuel rail

Other stuff:
Spoon oil cap
Spoon radiator cap
Spoon thermonstat

With just that I put down 193.3whp and 131.9lbs of torque
I'm going turbo now and I upgraded the clutch to a ct and wish I had do it with this set up. The car ran 14.1's at 99mph(in Louisiana) all day with bad wheel spin. If I had that clutch in there when everything was running I would have turned 13'7 e-z. I hope this helps even though I know you asked about certian mods. That set up you list should put you well over 230whp but I would ask around some more...I woudn't do the Skunk cams becuase there regrined cams...look into some Toda's or Jun cams.....sorry I really don't know what your goals are for your car but if 200whp is all you want then look how close I was with half of what you posted
