searched but came up with no definate answer. do I need to change my itr valve springs and retainers for the jun 2 cams

yeah, you should, especially if you plan on playing with your rev limiter. You really only need to replace the inner springs and retainers, the port flow inner springs would be fine for Jun stage-2s.
