Not to be a dVck or anything but do stock "hubs" help considerably? I checked the wheel weights awhile back and concluded that "hubs" aren't really worth the trouble when compared to stock integra wheels. If you're normally running 18" 3-pc heavies then yeah I see why but there's no point in taking off your stock wheels and force ur poor teg to wear hubs just to race. I see a lot of guys out there running steelies in front and stock wheels in back and it makes you think sometimes.

Shifting (esp all the way to 5th gear) while spinning your tires is gonna stress your tranny like whoa. Hopefully it's just your clutch that needs to be replaced.

Oh, and with any manual transmission car you can shift the gears all you want when your engine is off.

This might be the case. You practically put your drivetrain thru hell.

Sounds like you've at least severly glazed your clutch disk, but I wouldn't be suprised if you had totally burnt it up. If you have done that, you should hope that your flywheel isn't toast as well. I've seen flywheels that were so heat warped that they couldn't be turned(re-surfaced).
