High Idle after driving around, normal idle when car is first started

Reset the ecu (actually had the battery disconnected for about 24 hours) and the idle is now normal.

It sits at 1200 until warm and 1000 around town, fell to 800 after sitting at a light for a few minutes... normal for me!

This is a symptom of a bent radiator core support.

Hey man glad your prob was solved. Does anyone know why simply resetting the ECU fixed the problem. Or i guess what the better question to ask was what could have happened when you wrecked that messed up the ecu?
