Okay first of all you don't need to bump a thread twice in a period of 10 minutes. It's kind of late and not so many people will be on.

As for your question, you will at the very least need to fab up some kind of bracket to make the calipers bolt in place of the Integra ones.

The only OEM calipers that I know of that can go on an Integra without much, if any fabrication, is the Acura Legend calipers on 3rd Generation Integras. Try doing a search for that.

The legend caliper (And NSX) should need some spacing or a new bracket on a Non Type-R Integra. You can use a legend caliper on a type-R as is but you have to swap the right and left sides. (I have a set of legend calipers on my R). They are dual piston and work well even flipped.

If you can get Prelude calipers to fit your Integra, you'll be one of the first. Let us know how it happens, as there's probably hundreds of other Integra owners who might want to get in on how it was done.

Anyways, for Legend calipers, rotors have to be redrilled. Because of the 5-lug pattern, it's time to do the same for yourself.

Look at VW corado rotors too. Like Daniel said the rotor is not your biggest worry.
