I think you may be mistaken there

They just plain-old aren't compatible... the very best you could do would be to fabricate a bracket for the calipers, because they won't be located in the right place to clamp either prelude rotors or integra ones. The knuckle/hub assembly (that the caliper bolts to) of the teg and prelude are totally different, so pretty much everything would have to be custom fabricated. And to answer your question more directly, I don't think anyone makes prelude-sized rotors to fit the integra.

I'd give up the project, personally. Free prelude calipers don't do you much good if you can't use them :happysad:

get prelude vtec rotors, redrill them, and then get legend gs calipers and modify the mounting bracket. I think thats the best you can do for a teg when swapping brakes from another h-a. There are plenty of threads on here about that that you can search for.
