Yep, I would say 145-155 is about average as well with boltons.

I dyno at 154 with intake headers cai high flow cat and apex world sport exhaust itr cams but when sprazying 55 shot i dyno out at 214. and 206 p.tq

only 106 torque? the one above is at 121, check your a/f mixture and re-dyno it.
