They reported that air bags are big on the black market. One thing that was news to me was that air bags cost thousands of dollars to replace.

Out of the couple hundred cars that have been stolen in MD, about 60 of them were either Acura or Hondas and had missing air bags. They said it only takes a thief about 5 mins to get both of them.

Supposedly, they are doing are a special investigation in Montgomery County since that is where the majority of them were stolen.
