New to Imports help, Is 1993 1.7L Acura Integra worth building up
does something magical happen if both transmission are together? just curious? I think both engines come with the same identical transmissions both motors are pretty much identical for the most part.
Be careful though--all Integra B-series cable transmissions from '92-'93 are marked YS1 including the one that came with the B18A1. The version of the YS1 is the same as the one in the JDM '92-'93 Integra RSi and XSi.
Oh and mine didn't have an armrest either. It was a dealer accessory.
And yes I did forget the moldings being embossed with the letters VTEC instead of DOHC. If we really want to get on the subject of nitpicking, the GSR was actually the GS-R and had this cool little badge below the right taillight:

It also had red/grey seat upholstery at least on the red, white and black (canada-only) cars; not sure what color the seats were in the teal one.
And of course, it has the higher 8000 RPM redline on the tach.
