the headlights on the 98 arent as deep as the 94-97; the 98s have all red tailights along with a different bumper..

yes. so does the front bumper, but you'll need the headlights and corners.

Side mirrors are different, as well as where it says "Integra" on the FB, correct?

yep, but side mirrors changed in '96. so did the non-VTEC valve cover.
