Default Yellow headlights?

Does anyone have any thoughts on these yellow headlights. Does anyone have them. I was told they dont burn out your harnesses plus yellow is way better for visibility.

If you are referring to the ITR in the 2003 SCC Ultimate Street Car Challenge... I ought to let you know that they were custom fabricated for that car, and that yellow headlights are black-letter-law ILLEGAL for use on the street in the United States. Period.

And lens color would have no bearing on harnesses "burning out".. :a:

Sorry to be blunt, but I speak the truth.

I dont know what you are talking about, but check this out. I have yellow(gold) bulbs in the bright head lights. Saw you were coming at me from the other side of the street it deffintenly looks like my head lights are yellow. Personally i like them a lot u should check them out i wish i had pics to show u but i need a digital camera.

Yellow lights only aid when there is fog out to reduce the glare normal headlights have against the fog. In all other conditions the best lighting is a set of HID lights.

And yes yellow lenses for low and hi beams are highly illegal in the US.

I have my fogs wired to come on with the low beam HLs. The fog lights are DOT legal and have yellow MR11 bulbs. By law, you are not allowed to run yellow headlamps on any street-driven vehicle in the US. It's that simple.

I think having yellow headlights would look stupid. For best visibility you want your headlights to be as close to daylight as possible (like HIDs, for example) and you want your foglights to be kind of a yellow-amber look.
