I had my car in the paintshop getting all painted etc. Well do you guys like the white with a black carbon fiber hood look or all white integra? The shop painted my carbonfiber hood (i asked not to) but when i went over there i was like kinda embarrassed didnt know what to say when my hood was all primed and he started spraying it lol. Should I complain and get it discounted or something and buy a new hood or do you think the carbon fiber painted is sleeper ?

I'd complain, and if that didnt help, Id make a HUGH FU$%ing scene.

You'd think a shop would know better.

 

I would normally complain, but it all depends on if you life it or not. Personally, i think it would look excellent if the carbon fiber look sort of blended through the white paint, I like either look. What you could do, is just complain and ask for money back, that way you could look into new mods.

 

The only reason i didn't say anything today was so he wouldnt add on the rest of the coats like pearl and clear etc. pissed off he's getting less money. So i'll save it for tomorrow when I come to pick it up...

But what do you prefer? All white integra or one with a mismatching carbon fiber hood?

its your personal decision. i like both and i lean towards one side or the other about every other day. just can't decide which is better

 

I would complain, but if it looks good then keep it the way it is.

 

i would complain. if you clearly explained not to paint the hood, he shouldnt have painted the hood, try to resolve the issue because what would stop him from doing this again.

 

I'd freak out. Definantely get a new hood man, if you wanted it painted you would have told him to do so.

 

White with a CF hood looks very good. :yes: I would do like everyone else and complain and make them buy you a new CF hood.h:
