What does this do?
I've seen the Apex'i VAFC in a lot of cars but i don't have vtec so I was wondering what the SAFC does. The Apex site wasn't very informative.

the SAFC does everything the VAFC does except control the vtec engagement. so basically it is a fuel controller.

read up on it at
http://www.apexi-usa.com/electronics_safc.asp
alot of info there for ya
it explains the entire unit and what it does. it depends on the mods you have if its worth it. you probably wont see big gains unless you get some cams.

The S-AFC has all the same characteristics of the V-AFC fuel controller except for the VTEC crossover point adjustability and fuel correction factor.
