ITR Cams
If I opt to use the OEM itr cams on my ls...would it work very well/what kinda gains will I see? What other internals will I need to match everything up. I'm not looking to go all out..something mild will be fine, but better than what I have now.
Uh...:nono:
Those cams are designed to enhance the valvetrain on a VTEC equipped engine. ITR cams won't even fit in a non-VTEC engine. Look at some Crower, Gude, or other non-VTEC cams if you're wanting to upgrade your valvetrain.

Crower cams are proven to give great power to non-vtec honda motors...especially the b18a/b18b motors. Depending on how much power you want to make, and what you'll be using your car for. I suggest the 402's or 403's...although I have heard of guys running the 404's, but I personally don't want to feel my motor loping/idling like a big block v8. :nono: If you go for one of the more agressive cams, depending on how old your motor is, you will most liekly want to uprage your valvetrain (springs and retainers) because the stock ones just weren't made to handle that kind of cam profile.
