Sorry, another exhaust ?
That Rs-R on ebay seems like a really good deal. i'm thinking of getting one for my girlfriend. You can also get the WS II at www.morepowerracing.com for about $415 with free shipping. I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

I'm about 99% sure I'll be going with the RS*R Exmag when the time comes, but, from what I've read thus far, they don't make RS*R for 4 doors, I've only seen them for 2 doors.
If anyone knows different, please give me a holler, oh, and will the RS*R Exmag have any trouble getting pass the bi-yearly smog test? I hope so...
Peace Out

On a basically stock car with bolt-on mods, they'll all make close to the same power. There might be a difference of 1 or 2 hp tops. Basically it's up to preference.
Here are the main "quiet" exhaust choices and their differences:
A'PEXi WS - polished stainless muffler, flat black mild steel pipes

RS*R Exmag - flat black stainless muffler w/ polished tip, flat black stainless pipes

GReddy SP2 - polished stainless muffler, polished stainless pipes

Tanabe Super Hyper Medalion - polished stainless muffler, polished stainless pipes

Personally I'd limit my choices to the ones with stainless pipes. Of those, the Exmag is the quietest. The GReddy and Tanabe are really close, with the GReddy being a tiny bit more mellow and the Tanabe being a tiny bit more raspy. All of them are far from being a typical fart-pipe sounding canister system.
I guess the DC TCS fits in the quiet category as well but it's a good bit more expensive.

GSR and LS lengths are different. I 've had a LS bolt up to a TYPE-R for testing back in the day.
For another choice, how about Fujitsubo RM01A? I've got one coming in for my R. It's very quiet too. Full Stainless, beautiful!

tanabe racing medallion's pretty loud and farty. I've heard the hyper medallion, it sounds really really really really sweet ... like really, unnoticable down low, but when you get up in the higher vtec rpms... it just sounds mean, not farty or extremely loud, just mean. I'm picking that one up ... 100%
