how much you have to spend and what you're looking to do with the car. answer these first.

well $200 every two weeks i can spend, so if i need to save i can save then buy, and i will eventually get a turbo, but i want to build it up to it, so when i do turbo it will be nice and powerful, also looking into a bodykit so it can look good through the process.....so right now i stand at

1994LS w/AEM S/R Intake, 4-2-1 header, 2" piping, hi-flow cat, and aftermarket exhaust w/ 3.5" tip

its a five speed and i have a short throw shifter (AEM) getting put on over the weekend

should work on the suspension if your planning on going turbo.. I suggest the Greddy turbo because its CARB legal and you can pass the emissions test. Plus im guessing its a daily driver car..
I see alot of people getting this combo.
H%R Sport springs
KYB AGX Shocks
Neuspeed 4mount tower bar
Comptech rear tie/swau bar (if it fits with your exhaust)
get some good sticky tires..
Body kits.. i wouldnt really recommend.. would eithor go with the OEM kit with the ITR front lip, or WW all around..
or just do a JDM Conversion. Hope this helps you!

Well i found a set of tokico blue struts (F&R) and tokico lowering springs(1.8" drop)(F&R) as a set for $300, i posted seeing what people thought about that set-up and never got replies...........(yes cars a daily driver, but very pampered around the weatheri dont drive it in heavy rain or any kind of snow)

turbos in mind were 1st apexi, 2nd Greddy, but will have plenty of time to think about it and decide

Turbo sounds really great right now, but if i get better cams and such wouldn't the turbo be more efficent.....
