Default power antenna rigging?

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone knows how, or can point me in the right direction for information. I just picked up my 97 Integra not too long ago. I'm looking to rig my power antenna to only raise when the radio is selected on the stereo, not when the stereo is on. I'd like it to be down when CD's are playing. Mainly because I mostly listen to CDs, and on really cold days (like this whole -40C winter) the antenna gets stuck raising and lowering. Then the motor makes some unfortunate noises and I'm afraid of potential damage to the mechanism. So it would be nice to listen to CDs and not attempt to raise the frozen antenna. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Hrm... Just rig a toggle switch to the power antenna lead, and that should be enough for your needs

Or you can also buy a head unit that wont up the antenna when the CD is playing, and power it up when the radio is used...

It's pretty simple: Just find the "pwr ant." lead off the back of your deck, cut it, and send the wire to a toggle switch and then back to the lead. I put mine in the pop-outs by the e-brake.
