hey man i actually have a 95 gsr with a skunk 2 manifold and it took me over a year and several hundred dollars to finally figure out what the hell was causing this hesitation and rough idle, keep your stock throttle cable bracket tighten it up it will work fine may rub your hood when its closed but the problem i figured out today was that like most i just bolted it on and missed the most important part of the directions which is disconnect the iab control solenoid valve, check valve, and remove vacuum tank. the iab control diaphragm will come off with the factory manifold. connect the fuel pressure regulator hose to new manifold as simple as that! so before you get a fuel pump,filter,02 sensor, and your valves adjusted make sure you check that

btw it took me for ever to get it installed. damn hidden bolts. ANYWAYS i dont have the ITR bracket, and used all gaskets that came with the car. the CAI rubs under the hood and the sway bar wont fit so when i do get the ITR bracket i believe it will fit. I know you have to T into some vacume lines. let me know if you want any other pics or views GL BRO

 

you don't need to t in any lines....i actually took out the vacum box that is for the secondaries but i made sure to take the sensor off the box and its plugged into the sensor on the wiring harness so i have no cel. you dont need anything else just the IM and new gaskets for this installation.

 

can someone exlpain that to me a little better? i have a skunk2 intake manifold on a gsr. the box is gone, and unclipped. the clip is just hangin behind the manifold. what am i supposed to do with it? running obd-1, what codes would i get for this?
