He is most likely referring to Toda "VTEC Killer" cams for B-series VTEC motors that are used in highly built racing motors and that's the only application where they are useful.

Anyway, 99DCtwo, I'm pretty sure your keyboard is not broken such that whenever you end a sentence it automatically includes several exclamation points or question marks. You can use periods just like the rest of us do, no need to yell.

and no, VTEC killer cams is not an oxymoron.

anyways. any kind of carb of non-chlorinated brake cleaner will help you find a vacuum leak.

when i got my jg eldebrock tb my idle was surging like hell. Then i got a skunk 2 ECU and and it evened out but was still there a lil. But i know you need to get you TPS voltage on the back of the tb tuned, thats what my guy said at my nearest performance shop.

no. when you intsall VTEC killer cams, you remove all of the parts that made up VTEC from the head. you no longer have any third rocker arms, VTEC solenoid, engagement pistons, check pistons, or return springs.

so it is impossible to have VTEC on all the time when there are no VTEC parts in the valvetrain.
