Default Broken header bolt

Here's the situation. My car is a 94 LS. My friend and I are replacing the stock header with a DC 4-2-1 header. I am totally paranoid about breaking one of these header bolts because the old header had been on there for 10 years.

The first nut loosened very easily (too easily) and all the others came off with slight presure but no problems. The first bolt (the one to the far left) however was broken. This freaking sucks! It turns out that we didn't even break it. It wasn't shiny where the break point was on the bolt. It looked old and burnt like it had been broke for a long time. So, now I have a resessed broken bolt in my head. Anyway, there wasn't an exaust leak with the old header so we decided to just chance it and put the new header on and hope there wouldnt be a leak (my friend said I would know immediately if I had a leak). So far it is leak free but who knows how long that will last.

Does anyone know how to get this sucker out of there and a new one installed? I bet you anything some bastard oil change guy saw the oil that leaks from my cam seal by the header bolt and thought my leak was coming from the header. And then the bastard probably over torqued the bolt and snapped it.

drill it and try to pull it with an easy-out. If that doesn't work, drill it completely out and retap the hole.
