The plugs between a '92 and '95 ECU are identical, so either your car isn't a 92 or that ECU wasn't a 95. Remember, an ECU date stamped 95 is probably a 96.

Anyway, use a 94-95 P72, or if you are desperate, a 92-93 P61.

The common way to rig an LS/VTEC is to use the stock ECU and an RPM switch to activate VTEC.

This isn't making any sense, take a look at the VIN number of your car. It is a 17 digit code that is on the front driver's side of the dash. Is the tenth digit an "M" or an "N"?

That "N" means your car is a '92, so it should have the same standard OBD-1 plugs as any other, such as those on a '95 GS-R ECU.

I just checked Dan Platt's G2 swap guide to make sure I'm not crazy, and yes, a real 95 GS-R ECU will plug into a real 92 Integra's body wiring. I have no idea how to help you, because something is seriously wrong here.

94-95 GS-R ECU's are in very high demand, you'll be lucky to find an affordable one from anywhere.

You might be able to get lucky in a local junkyard if they don't know what they have, but that never happens around here.
