Well, I was taking a left turn over two lanes and got hit on the rear passenger wheel. Everything from my passenger door back is bent, including a bumper hanging by only a drvier's side clip. My car spun a 180 from the impact and I ended up facing the road. I really hope that they can fix it, but I'm not exactly sure.

I had it towed to a shop with secured storage for the evening, so I can go during work tomorrow and take out all of my audio and everything. Thankfully, working at a dealership, we're going to try and get me a car for a while.

I'm pretty freaking pissed about it, but I'm trying to be optimistic about things. I'll try and take pictures tomorrow and post them for everyone to see. Hopefully, #00-0043 will live to see another day.

shit man that saddens me how much does the dmg have to be for it to get totaled bc i don't wanna see another type r outa commision

 

I got a ticket for failure to grant right of way, which the cop told me if I was going to fight, I better have a damn good reason.

The Paseo had four people in it, one was already in a neck brace, so they had to jaws of life the car apart and everything. They were overly dramatic for the sake of placing blame on me. I had plenty of room to make it over the lane, they were going too fast.

I'm going to get my lawyer, fight the ticket and pray for the best. Not really too much else I can do at this point.

 

If they hit you, you obviously didn't have enough room. Their speed is irrelavant.

 

As I said in the other thread that sucks horribly Colby . If they do total it, which it is sounding like, are they going to allow you to buy it back? It may be worth your while and profitable to do so . Let us know the status on the ticket/insurance and everything else. This truly sucks bro', hope you're alright. Peace.

looks like waht ahppened to ym freinds civic si but it also hit his front right and ****ed up both suspension there look like only mechancile part is the right rear suspension prolly tie bar plus some it's fixable man he got it fixed for 5500 and it was worse then yours

 

Let's hope they can make it work out for me. I really don't want to have to get a TSX.
