For those of you who have a header on your integra how do they feel? Was the horsepower noticeable? I was saving up for a turbo but that actually won't be on for quite a while. So do you guys think its worth the money? Like a DC sports 4-2-1?

 

I have a DC-Sports 4-1 ceramic header on my LS. The power is noticeable, maybe 10Hp. The feel and sound is great especially if you have a intake and full exhaust. Go for it man, you'll love it!!

 

Save the 300 bucks and keep it towards your turbo if you plan on getting it eventually. You'll have to get rid of the header in the future when u go turbo.

 

yeah but then you can just sell it and use that money on top of the turbo!!

 

I picked up a used DC 4-2-1 and love it. It does get hotter under the hood than before (since there's no longer a heatshield), but it gives good gains. I'm seriously considering going with a mild and cheap turbo now because I hate the thin air at this altitude (5820ft), but I can always just sell the header when the turbo goes in.

So, I would suggest finding a good deal on a used header and then you can just sell it when you get a turbo. You'd probably be able to sell it for close to what you payed for it too, assuming it stays in good condition.
