ITR sway bar with GSR springs

ITR sway bar with GSR springs
Is it a good idea to install a ITR rear sway bar on the stock suspension of a GSR - meaning stock springs and old stock shocks - any bad side effects or is it okay for awhile until I get some good shocks and install it with ITR springs later.

timmy8151, I was thinking the same thing after reading some of the searched threads - the BSQ will be fine for the street but I guess for the track then the beaks is necessary.
Any idea on how long the install took? Any advice or suggestions to make the install as smooth and easy as possible?

why pay $20 for a plate and washers?
Atleast you get real machined pieces with the beaks kit, the beaks kit distribute the force better than the bsq kit.
If you wanna do something simple like the beaks kit, just go here and find the right size washer:
