Default WTB: (rolling) R SHELL

What's up everyone- I'm trying to find a PY Type-R shell ASAP. I'm located in Seattle, so anything in WA, OR, and BC and I'm there. Let me know if you guys know of any R shells in those areas. Thanks! hope to get some responses quick =)

Don't you think it would be hard for someone to sell their R's w/o the c5?

Item 538333 at www.salvagedirect.com is a 1998 ITR rolling chassis that appears to be in very good condition.

The bidding for it at the moment is around $2800. It's in Culpeper, Virginia.

Body and chassis seem great, wiring will need some careful attention because we can't really tell what was removed from the interior and how it was removed.

Although it's missing the ITR front lip, which is easy to find, it does have the OEM side and back body kit pieces, which are very hard to find.

If you go to www.salvagedirect.com and search for Acura, you will get about five choices, and one of them is the 1998 ITR in Culpeper.

Get going, bud!!

I know it's on the other side of the country, but I think you're going to have a hard time finding one in a shape like this.

Ok guys.

Do we want threads like this in this forum? Or links to threads in the appropriate forum??

I'm not sure I care either way. We do need traffic, so I'm temped to say ok to ITR FS threads in here. (But not parts)

Thoughts?

Salvage/rolling chassis ads always struck me as different.. FS ads have a tendency to be bumped a lot and I'd hate to see them dominate this seemingly clean forum..

oh yeah, and hi everybody.. i finally got off my lazy butt and registered over here.. very impressed!

I agree with you Mark.... good idea to keep them.

I don't mine ITR FS ads either, but mostly just links to the classified ad in that forum.

Who cares right now... let's just get some traffic in here.

Glad to see you signed up! Now go find Ed a LCA bolt!!!
