I have a chance to buy a sleeved C5 Block. It has about 100 track milesand seems to be in fairly good condition. My question is, the block is bored to 84.5mm sleeve. Will I have to get the blocked bored more when I go to put my pistons and rods in.

Thanks for any help

84.5mm is the farthest you can go so make sure that the cylinders are perfect. they may need a light hone but that is it. make sure you can get pistons that will for sure fit in the block too.

get the block measured and tell the piston company you choose you need a piston that will fit in each cylinder....you have to measure each cylinder though and get a piston specificly for that cylinder
