The motor would fit fine, but I'd strongly recommend going with either:
1) a manual swap for your automatic tranny.
2) a B18C1 (GSR) motor and its manual tranny.
Now if you are serious about hitting a true 150 as mentioned in a previous post:
A cost effective means of getting there would be to build up a "dead" B18B for a 10psi turbo system. Then once the build is complete, pair it up to an LS or GSR manual tranny and simply exchange the two drivetrains, along with an uprated fuel pump and the necessary engine management modifications.
To hit a true 150mph is going to take some serious money, and Forced Induction is essentialy mandatory given the amount of power it will take to get there. That said, the B18B, if built properly, has plenty of potential to put out the horsepower you'll need.
There is one book that I'd seriously reccommend for this kind of project:
Honda / Acura Engine Performance, by Mike Kojima. PenguinPutnam, 2002.
ISBN: 1-5578-8384-X
Kojima is one of the best technical writers alive. His book covers every possible motor setup, including hybrids, NA & FI, Nitrous, literally everything. And the info is presented in a truly understandable format.
You don't need to be an engineer to follow his logic.

Post to everyone: Have any of you driven a B16B equipped anything? If you have, you wouldnt speak so lowly of the lack of torque, because despite the low torque numbers, those motors still pull hard and rip thru the gears. And geez, some of you make it seem like the Integra is like a 1000 pounds heavier than the civic type R itself, when in reality its only a 2 or 3 hundred pound difference. Last time I checked a civic type r runs a high 14 to low 15, which would be a whole lot better than a high 16 second automatic LS.
But yes, i must agree, given the circumstances, the b16b swap for your car is not a good option. you've got to convert to whatever obd system the b16b has, as well as the hydro tranny setup (the ctr motor MUST be mated to a b16b tranny for the best performance), and on top of that b16b's cost a pretty penny. For the same amount of money, you can get another motor that will be faster, and more powerful. Like said, go for a GSR swap. But then again, there's a ton of guys who run B16A's in their DA integras, and those guys are pretty fast in my opinion too. I'm talking high 14s with a good driver. Shoot, in Japan, many of the 90-93 integras had b16a's stock.

shoot, for some reason i thought you had a 90-93 Integra. a 95 ls auto will run high 16s............with I/H/E. your car weighs 2685 in stock form. in comparison the 99-00 Honda civic Si's weighed 2612 pounds, and with their b16's they still pulled off high 15's bone stock. i've seen 99-00 Si's with basic upgrades hitting high 14s so :down: to the people who think they're slow because of the "torqueless" b16's.
All in all, hypothetically of course, if you dropped in a b16b, your car would be significantly faster.

I don't think that was the point I was trying to get at. I'm assuming this kid has yet to buy a b16b. You know how much those things cost? Shipped to your door it would be over 4 grand, not to mention I doubt he would know how to do it himself seeing as how he doesn't realize that any B series engine fits in any b series car. But thats besides the point. With that ~5 grand he spent on putting in a fairly torqueless engine, you can build a setup that has the same hp numbers with loads more torque.
Yes we realize that capabilities of the b16b, but for the price, there are many better, economically sound options for an Integra.
