what do you guys think in 94 ls ? Crower 404's in the b18b or buy a b20b and crower cams in it might think of b16 head instead on the b20 tho!

get a b20 block, mate it with a b16 head w/ some ctr pistons and crower 404's, then you're all set.

is it hard to put a b16 head on the b20 block and wire the oil line and stuff?

I don't see why it would be...all b series blocks and heads should mate right up with one another.

To put a DOHC VTEC head on a non-VTEC block, two dowel holes need to be reamed out, plus the oil feed in the head must be plugged. After that, the external oil supply line must be run.

Rev that over 6800, and you're taking a big chance.

block guards help to reinforce the sleeves when under boost. a block girdle ties the main caps together.
