Default shocks and springs

just recently i installed a set of tokico blue shocks and lowering springs on my car. I can feel a difference in my car and he lowered it about 2 inches. The problem is that it bounces around like crazy when i come to any messed up, bumpy road. Could it be that my car is too low or that i may have bought some bad springs?

Irene's 3rd gen Prelude did that too but she was on H&R sports and tokico blue shocks. i think you have to let them settle.....yes your car will get lower. PM renielude and ask her if her ride is still bouncy

The problem is that the shocks can't handle the drop or the rate of the springs.

well i really think its because the springs were crappy theyre dropzone i would have purchased some better ones but after buying the shocks and realizing the price for installing them i had to econimize my cashflow and buy cheaper springs for the time being, but i had no idea that they woulda been so shitty they bounce like crazy and i feel like im driving on boulders on certain roads so i drastically slow down to work around those kind of roads. i believe if i get a better set of springs i wont have as much of a problem with the bouncing. besides that, they gave me a 2 inch drop, i was honestly aiming for 1.75 or somewhere where there would be a tiny gap between my car and my tires but instead the tires are under the car now. I wouldnt mind it like that either i think it looks hot under the car as it is if i can find some springs that handle well with my car that low then i would definately go for them but as of now i dont even know what to go for.

get rid of those and get some H&R's and you should be fine. Do that asap before you blow the shocks
