Default ITR bumper

is the ITR front bumper cover the same as a 98+ integra bumper except with just the ITR lip added? if i wanted to convert my 97 gsr to a type r front end what would i need? will any 98 front bumper with an ITR lip look the same as the front bumper? i also know that i will need the 98+ headlights and signal lights.
are all 98 and new integra bumper the same or did they change a little bit? which looks best?
thanks
jon

thanks a lot you guys, but one more question, will the ITR lip cover up the bottom part of a 98 bumper? i guess you can call it the stock, non removable lip. i will be buying a 98 bumper with a cracked "lip" and i was wondering if it will show at all with the itr add on lip.

yes it will "cover up" the bottom of the 98 bumper. it is easily removed, if desired, as long as you use all the factory mounting points and clips/screws. if the bumper/lip combo you're getting is cracked, its probably only the lip, not the entire bumper.
