well thats the main purpose of my itr lip on my bumper, other than aesthetics, is to hide all the crash damage to my bumper, which is all cut up and cracked underneath the lip.

my first try with imagestation...
you can see how i had to cut out all the bumper webbing in the opening, and you can see how the middle is no longer supported, and how the left bottom is sticking out.

the middle piece was bent all the way up, like a triangle, just behind the front LP.

does it make the bumper a lot weaker? the one i am about to buy is a little bent to and i was thinking about cutting it out also. what do you think i should do? leave it or cut it

it wasnt that weak. the lip connects everything, and makes it sturdy all over again.
