Default Brake Light in the Gauge Cluster

My Brake light wouldn't turn off this morning after releasing the e-brake. Hopfully it was just cause it was chilly last night, but what are my options?

Thanks :happysad:

I will when I get out of these bloody classes. I'm sure that it is full, if it is?

bleed your brakes

do you have good pedal?

could just be the little button on the underside of the emergency brake. if you take out the center console you will see a wire with a little push button. you have to make sure that its OPEN when the brake is down, touching it.

Everything should be kosher. I think it's related to the temperature. I have Goodridge SS lines as well.

I'll check it out if it doesn't go off. But in that case the brakes would not have released? Or is that just the sensor part? Cause the brakes released.

the "sensor" is just basically a plastic push button switch. when the ebrake handle is down it pushes on the switch and the car switches your brake light off.

Oddly enough when I got back in my car it turned off. We will see if it repeats itself.

Thanks Blake.
