Its just your valve's. Dont worry about it. I had my valves adjusted and the next day they were back to ticking. How do you drive your car? If you dont want it to tick.. get them adjusted and then keep in under 4k.. Once you start laying it on your going to throw the valves off a little.. A very very minute change can create a bunch of noise.. ITs nothing out of the norm... Remember its better to hear a tick ( if its your valves ) then not hear one at all... ( When it comes to honda's and Acura's, has to do with engine design )

sounds good to me..yea that makes sense, ive adjusted my valves 3 times in the last like 8 months, and even now the engine will be pretty quiet but then once i push it, the tick is back
