Default Boosting F22B1 Major Question

Ok i'll get down to the point..
Specs: F22B1 (145hp)
-Stock internal
-Cam gear
-Pulleys
-Apexi V-AFC
-Intake
-DC Headers
-Straight Cat

I am putting a turbo kit together for my F22B1.

1-Should i get JE Pistons (just the pistons no rods) to lower my compression down? (where can i get a how to for pistons, CUZ I WANNA DO IT MY SELF)(DO I REALLY NEED THIS FOR 8-10 PSI?)
2-Wat kind of internal work do i need to boost? (parts i need to get)

I am getting
-Air Research Turbo T3 .63 a/r (oil cooled)
-30x6x2 intercooler w/ 2.5 inlet and outlet
-Hks ssqv bov w/ flange
-Deltagate Wastegate
-Custom turbo manifold w/ T3 turbo flange, and DeltaGate flange
-Vortec FMU 10:1 or 12:1
-Custom pipings
-Greddy E-mange
-MSD A6 and 2 step (do i need this)
-Oil feed and return line
-Custom down pipe
-Apexi, HKS, Greddy Turbo Timer

Is there anything else i need to get for boost? How much psi can i push? And wat can i do to make it safe on my engine?
My goal is to push like from 8-10 psi

Chiltons manuals work pretty good...if you're doing pistons, do rods aswell. Since you're boosting 8psi+ resleeve the block. Knife edge the crank. Port and polsigh cylinder head and get a bigger bore intake manifold and throttle body. Everything else comes easy...IMO though.

sleeves aren't necessary for 8-10psi on an f22 block. the stock sleves are cast iron and hold up well under boost. the only real worry with boost on an f22 is the bottom end so replacing rods and pistons is a good idea.
