My integra's about 5 years old now and the clutch pedal is making this rubbing noise from about halfway down to the floor. It kind of feels like something is rubbing, but I dont want to start looking around in there until I know what to look for. Has anyone else had this problem? Its getting pretty annoying.

this might be a dumb question but do you have "racing petals"?

 

No, I know nothing is leaking and I just have the normal pedals. It seems to be rubbing up higher than where the pedal is, like somewhere where the whole pedal and connecting rod meet the rest of the transmission.
