Official HAN Fitness Camp 2008 II
The first fitness camp saw some active participants and a few progress, but I like to see more involvement and participation from other members. A lot of people seemed like they want to get in shape, but just stopped caring. This is the second half of HAN Fitness Camp 2008. The Camp will run from 07-21-2008 - 12-21-2008, right before Xmas holiday
.
In order for a better turnout and results I would like to see stats every month and possible pictures so people can have more motivation and see how they progress or regress.
I will try to gets stats later tonight. But feel free to post yours if you have them.

Still in, been joggin 3-4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes, but I'd like to step that up to every week night. Also, have been doing situps/pushups and working with my weight set at home. I've seen progress slowly but surely these past couple months.
Not posting stats, don't really keep track of those - I go by looks

In.
I think I made most of my progress in the previous camp, and now its going to be just maintaining my figure. I think I'm done bulking up and would like to focus on toning up a little more without losing much weight. The new plan is lifting 4-5 times a week (what I've been doing), but increasing reps up to 14-15 or so (have been doing 10). I'd also like to bump up the cardio... I've been running 1-2 times a week for 40 minutes. I'd like to run at least twice, maybe 3x a week. And maybe one of those runs about an hour.
I'll add in measurements when I get home, but just to get started:
5'8"
167
body fat around 14-15% (educated guess, haven't measured in a while, I'm shooting for 12%)
waist: 31"
chest: 38.5"
arm: 15"
leg: 23"
