Still in, been joggin 3-4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes, but I'd like to step that up to every week night. Also, have been doing situps/pushups and working with my weight set at home. I've seen progress slowly but surely these past couple months.

Not posting stats, don't really keep track of those - I go by looks
