bad throttle response
Check your coil, check your cap and rotor, check your spark plugs, check your air filter, check your throttle cable. Have someone sit in the car and press the gas pedal, while they are doing this, look at the throttle plate to make sure it is opening when they step on the gas pedal.
You might also need what is called a fuel injector service. They put fuel injector cleaner in an I.V. looking thing and connect it into a vaccuum source in the engine. Then let it idle. When all the fluid is gone, they connect the line back up and rev the engine. That helps to clean out the injectors as well as the carbon inside the engine. Looks like they blew your head gasket, but it's just burning carbon and injector cleaner. hth
