i am going to wire two subwoofers in parallel and i was wondering how to do it. do i hook up one subwoofer to the terminals of the other subwoofer and then the 2nd sub to the amp? or do i just run both subs to the same terminals at the amp?

Wiring a pair of subs in parallel just means that you take the + from sub1 and connect to the + of sub2, then run that to the + on the amp. Same for the -. How you do it is really up to you. It would be better NOT to run both subs to the same terminal just because that is messy and would require more wiring. Most subs will have more than one male terminal connected to the voicecoil. You can just use that to connect the two.
i am also going to bridge the amp so would it be the same?
If you are sure you want to run the 2 sub in parallel...yes. Only difference is that with the final + and - leads, you will use the + from channel 1 and - from channel 2 on the amp.
