Wiring a pair of subs in parallel just means that you take the + from sub1 and connect to the + of sub2, then run that to the + on the amp. Same for the -. How you do it is really up to you. It would be better NOT to run both subs to the same terminal just because that is messy and would require more wiring. Most subs will have more than one male terminal connected to the voicecoil. You can just use that to connect the two.
