Default someone explain grounding to me...

Why do electrical connections need to be grounded?
And what can happen to a circuit if it isnt grounded properly?

Just curious

ok... in automotive applications, ground has a negative polarity. electrical devices need to be grounded to complete the circuit path so that the electrical device works.

yea..like black said....you need a complete circuit. what goes in the device, must come out.

if the ground connection is bad, that messes up the flow.

its like a group of your homeboys, you guys puff puff pass...but someone one guy puff puff and holds. hes the bad ground connection messing up the flow of evreything else.
