Still need to build some jerk blocks and I'm in search of a rower and a ghd but otherwise I'm pretty set up.

You still keeping the pounds off, I assume? That's a pretty impressive setup for a home gym. I'm still rocking teh $30/m 24Hour fitness membership, I never work out at home except for the occasional run around my neighborhood.

Yeah, I'm sitting at about 190 right now. Cut down to sub 180 after a mini dirty bulk and now I'm working on doing a more structured bulk to put on some lean mass. I'd like to end up at about 185. End of my cut out me at 176 and 13.9% bf. I'd like to get closer to 10%.
14% BF is not bad at all.
I think the lowest I ever hit in my batman days was about 10 or 11%, but way too hard to maintain. Right now cruising at about 17% I like junk food and beer

I've lost 15 pounds since July. Getting married in march, so it's time to get in better shape. Running about 15 miles a week and lifting semi regularly.
grats! I have been adding in some exercises here and there. Gym really isn't my thing but something had to give. Keto sub over on reddit has plenty of inspiration!
