yes they will fit, quite easily infact. Almost all OEM rods fit with other OEM pistons. With that wicked P & P job, I think you'll find those cams a little restricting. Aswell, cam gears make little difference with stock or near stock (think CTR vs ITR) cams, trust honda, they are pretty smart. I'd go with a nice stage 2, or even stage 3 cam and matching valve springs, you also will want to do some bottom end work and ecu playing to get you into those higher revs where you can make your power.

On a daily driven car, you do not want to go with a stage 3 camshaft. They put extreme wear on the rocker assemblies, and under daily driving conditions break them down.

Go with some stage 2 cams. I would save some money with the pistons and just get a different head gasket. Cams and springs will be sufficioent unless your going really radical. If you want stage 3 then stand alone migh be in your future

The other problem is what kind of oxygen sensor/engine management are you going to use with 100 octane [presumably leaded gas, I really would not suggest toulene/xylene to get that high] that is going to handle street driving?

If you run leaded gas, don't run a cat.

heres my question...why would you wanna put Civic type-r internals in an integra type-r engine...isnt that defeating the purpose of building up an engine...ctr =1.6L....itr = 1.8L...using ctr rods..on an itr crank would also be kind odd..seeing how the stroke is less on an itr..and the Ctr has less compression...the power your gonna lose is much more than you will gain...the best build up i would suggest...woud be this:
b16a2 engine
b20z engine (just for the block and internals)
have the b16a2 head ported and polished
get forged pistons and rods for the b20z block
whatever cam gears, pullies etc you would wanna use...and you will have more power..and gobs more torque than you ever would with a "built" itr engine with ctr internals...you not only will have a fast motor but it will rev just as high and hard if not harder than the "built" itr...and it will be much easier to install and parts are much easier to find as well as much cheaper. an engine that was just described will cost you the same as a STOCK ITR engine...
