Default oil pan gasket replacement help

Just noticed a few days ago that my gasket is leaking. Has anyone changed it themselves? I saw they were alot of screws that look easy to take out but there are two that looks like it may be under the transmission? Any suggestions?
Thanks

i did it when my motor was out and it was real simple. Might be a little bit more difficult since your motor is in your car, but still pretty simple.

You gotta take off the exhaust A-pipe, & take off that cover plate over the bottom of the flywheel. If it's a GSR you've got a couple braces between the tranny & the block. But it's still just nuts & bolts - not too hard.

Open up the gasket & lay it out flat for a day or 2. That way it's not trying to curl up when you try to put the pan back on...

I need to do this on my wife's Accord next time I do her oil change.

Make sure you drain the oil real well first. Then do what was posted above. When I get home I can post the torque specs on the bolts to the pan...unless someone beats me to it. I can't remember if you need Honda Bond as well so I will post that as well when I am done with work.

Yea it is a GSR. IS the cover of the bottom of the fly wheel black? because that is what I am worried about. I think that is the cover because I can see 2 bolts under it that is holding the pan on.
Thanks

I don't remember it being black, but it's EASY to take off. It's just a thin plate.

First a couple braces, #9 & #10.

Then the cover plate, #1.

My Helms says 9lb-ft for the oil pan bolts for my B18C1. My torque wrench goes down to only 10lb-ft, so this is not very tight at all.

I was installing my Greddy header when I noticed that two of those bolts were missing. No leaks, so I didn't take the opportunity to replace the oil pan gasket. I don't remember if I used Loctite Blue when installing new bolts....
