My Helms says 9lb-ft for the oil pan bolts for my B18C1. My torque wrench goes down to only 10lb-ft, so this is not very tight at all.
I was installing my Greddy header when I noticed that two of those bolts were missing. No leaks, so I didn't take the opportunity to replace the oil pan gasket. I don't remember if I used Loctite Blue when installing new bolts....
